A lookup returns a verified email and a phone number, or it says it could not. There is no third answer. A record marked verified was checked before you send. A record marked not found is left blank, never filled with a guess.
Every seat carries twenty lookups a month. The Scout spends them only on the people worth your time. After the twenty, a lookup is $0.25, or take a lookup subscription.
A person is never contacted by the index itself. Our data partners return a profile and a way to reach it, and that is all they do. The first message comes from your recruiter, under your firm's name, when you choose to send it.
