Marketing

Marketing without the third tool.

Audiences built from the clients, candidates and applicants you already have. Broadcasts with a second subject to test and a map of which links were clicked. Automations drawn as a flow. LinkedIn posts from the owner's own account. One unsubscribe list that everything respects.

New applicant, first week: one of the flows the example firm runs. A trigger at the top, the steps under it, a Yes side and a No side that meet again at the goal, and a settings panel for whichever step is selected.

Audiences

Built from what you already have.

An audience is a filter over your own records. Clients with an open role. Candidates on the bench. Applicants from the last month. Add a client and they are on the list the same minute.

  • Built from clients, candidates and applicants, never from an upload
  • Sorted by engagement: hot, warm, cold, and never emailed
  • One suppression list under every audience
Broadcasts

One send, and a report worth reading.

Write it once. Test a second subject. See which links were clicked. Then send it again to the people who did not open.

Write two subjects. A tenth of the list gets each one. After four hours, the subject with more opens goes to everyone else.

Automations

Drawn as a flow, not a list of rules.

A trigger at the top. Steps under it. A Yes side and a No side when the answer matters. A split test when you are not sure which subject works. A goal that ends the flow the moment it is reached.

  • Triggers: a new applicant, a candidate on the bench, a client gone quiet, a placement made, a date
  • Steps: send, wait, tag, tell the owner, add to a sequence
  • Yes and No sides that meet again at the goal
  • Split tests, with the winner picked by opens

LinkedIn posts

Posts from the owner's own account.

Every Friday, a draft built from the week's real activity: the placements made, the roles opened, who joined the bench. It waits for the owner. Nothing posts until they press the button.

Friday draftFor Dana
Two Controllers placed this month, both inside 30 days. One of them sat on our bench for a week. If your finance team is short, three more people are ready now.

Drawn from this week: 2 placements, 1 new role, 3 joined the bench.

Drafted from the week's real activity

The draft is built from what happened: placements, new roles, who joined the bench. Edit it, or throw it away.

Ruth and Marcus get their own drafts, from their own weeks.

Drafts wait. The owner reads it, changes what they want, and posts it. A week with nothing worth saying gets no post.

The parts that must be right, every time.

Every broadcast and every automated email carries the unsubscribe link and your address. One suppression list sits under all of it. The sending domain is checked before anything leaves.

  • An unsubscribe link and your postal address on every email
  • One suppression list that broadcasts, sequences and automations all respect
  • A person in a live sequence is held out of broadcasts
  • The sending domain checked before the first send, and again every day
Questions

What firms ask about marketing.

Do we still need Mailchimp?

No. Audiences, broadcasts, the second subject, the link map, automations, LinkedIn drafts and the suppression list are all in Demure, built from the records you already keep. Twenty contact lookups a month are included; after that they are $0.25 each, or a lookup subscription.

Will a candidate get a broadcast while they are in a sequence?

No. Anyone in a live sequence is held out of every broadcast until the sequence ends or they reply. One person, one conversation at a time.

Who can post as whom?

Only the person whose name is on it. A LinkedIn post goes out from the owner's own account, and only the owner can press the button. Email works the same way: a broadcast from Dana is sent by Dana.

Pricing

$79 per user, per month.

Marketing is in the price. Twenty contact lookups a month are included. There is no third tool to buy and no add-on to turn it on.

  • Audiences, broadcasts and automations
  • LinkedIn drafts for every owner
  • Every feature included
  • No seat minimum
  • Unlimited job postings
  • CSV in, CSV out, any time
