A Pin alternative for the firm that wants to keep the people it finds.
Pin finds candidates across 850M+ profiles from its data partners and runs the outreach, from a free plan to $135 per user, per month. It has no agency ATS or CRM, and its own site says it fits your existing one. Demure finds them and keeps them, with the room the client opens, at $79.

Where Pin is strong
Pin is a sourcing and outreach layer, and a capable one. One query searches LinkedIn, GitHub, Crunchbase, Kaggle and more through dozens of data providers, deduped into a single shortlist. It ranks by fit, runs multi-channel sequences and books interviews on your calendar. The free plan needs no credit card and gives five contact lookups a week and three searches a day, and Solo is $99 per user, per month, billed annually. It integrates with 120+ applicant tracking systems, including Bullhorn, Loxo, Crelate, Greenhouse, Ashby and Lever, and its agencies page says pipelines sync both ways. A firm that is happy with its ATS and wants to spend less on LinkedIn Recruiter should look at Pin.
Where Demure fits better
- Find them and keep them. Pin hands the people it finds to the ATS you already run, and the integration is an add-on on Solo and Professional. In Demure the search, the pipeline, the client and the placement are one set of records.
- The room the client opens. Pin publishes no client presentation, onboarding or billing features. Demure's Hiring Room gives a hiring manager one link, no account, to review the shortlist and request interviews on the page.
- Lookups, and the people stay. Pin charges one credit for each email or phone number, 500 a month on Solo and 1,000 per seat on Professional. Demure includes twenty lookups a month at $79, then $0.25 each or a subscription, and every person it touches stays in your Talent Library with the reason it was chosen.
- One bill. Pin's Professional plan is $135 per user, per month, billed annually, or $179 monthly, before the ATS it syncs into. Demure is $79 with the ATS and CRM inside it, and signup is a form with no card.
- Beyond the placement. Onboarding checklists, credential expiry, consulting engagements, and coaching all live in the same platform.
How to evaluate the switch
- Add up both bills. A sourcing layer plus the ATS it syncs into is two subscriptions, and the integration between them may be an add-on.
- Count the contact lookups you use in a month and check the ceiling on the plan you would buy.
- Ask where the client reviews the shortlist, and where the placement gets invoiced.
- Read the vendor's own framing. Pin's homepage says it fits your existing ATS, and its agencies page says it replaces one. Ask which is true for a firm your size.
- Put a recruiter, not an admin, in front of the product for ten minutes.
