Both. The Scout finds people you have never seen in a licensed index of nearly 900 million profiles and your own LinkedIn, ranks them with a reason, gets their contact details, and keeps them in the Talent Library, so the second search starts full.
Is there a seat minimum?
No. One seat is one seat. Several platforms in this category enforce a five-seat minimum on annual contracts, which means a three-person firm pays for five.
Is the assistant included?
Yes, at no extra tier. Resume parsing, call summaries, drafting and the Scout are part of the platform. Twenty contact lookups a month are included; after that they are $0.25 each, or a lookup subscription. Some competitors put sequencing and agents behind a higher plan that is priced only on a call.
Are job postings limited?
